Hello,
Here is my problem: I sell items online (on Le Bon Coin) and for those who are familiar, a confirmation email is sent, so you click on this email to confirm the listing of a product. The issue is that for the past two weeks I have not been receiving the email. However, my email address is perfectly valid and nothing is logged in the spam folder. Apparently, it's only this site that is problematic and they tell me that the issue is on my end. Thank you for your help. ByeConfiguration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

Good evening, having had the same problem and after long research I found the flaw. On Hotmail, the address noreply@leboncoin ended up on the blocked senders list, I don't know how.
To unblock it, just go to your mail box options, other options,
junk mail management, Allowed and blocked senders, Blocked senders, and then delete the address noreply@leboncoin from the list.
There you go, you can resume your activities on leboncoin, happy selling to everyone.

In Hotmail (or rather, Windows Live Hotmail), you have the "Options" button at the top right (just below your login, then in this 1st options menu, you have the choice "Other options" at the very bottom of the menu,
Check "Filters and reports" and "Allowed and blocked senders" in the "Junk mail management" category
I hope for you that it's just a bad unfortunate click that changed one of these options ;-)
Otherwise, in these options, you can always create a filter in your other Hotmail account that would allow you to redirect (forward) the emails from leboncoin to your main address, that would always help.

Another Hotmail address, I presume.
It's also possible that the problem is related to the settings of your leboncoin account; changing the contact address may have solved the issue. Does it bug again if you switch back to your initial Hotmail address?

I have exactly the same issue as you; I sent them an email to report the malfunction, and I'm now waiting for a response from them...

I can't find any way other than by email to reach them. I sent a message mentioning the issue 24 hours ago and still haven't received a response from them. I'm trying ads using several different email addresses and I'm still not receiving any confirmation to validate in my inbox. Otherwise, it works for the classifieds on eBay. There might be an overload of ads that they're regulating by not currently sending the possibility to validate our sales. To be continued...

I assure you it's probably a standard or even automatic response, but it confirms what you said earlier, the bug is indeed from their end. So let's wait, and I think they will fix it.

Hello. Not only are we no longer receiving confirmation emails for our ad creations, but the most annoying part is that emails with questions sent through Le Bon Coin for our ongoing sales are also not coming through. Try sending a fake question about one of your active ads from another email address as if you were a potential buyer, and nothing arrives in the inbox. I currently have about thirty ads, and I was surprised not to have received any questions for the past two days. On my side, I still haven't received a response to the issue I'm waiting for from Le Bon Coin.

As for me, I posted about ten ads yesterday and I received all the confirmation emails (well, a good part ended up in the spam, but I'm used to it!). I also tested the emails for potential visitors to my ads and they work too (the only thing is that the emails take about 30 minutes to arrive).

to respond to you cricri and niket, I think the bug is significant since we're not the only ones in this situation evidently. So don't worry, I think they will fix it soon. As for the replies, as I mentioned above, they are automatic, and when it is fixed, we won't have any more explanations, but at least it will work. This morning I tried to post an ad again, but for the past 3 days it hasn't been working.
Anyway, don't take apart your computer for that, since it comes from their end.

I searched online for answers to my questions when I stumbled upon this forum, as I haven't received confirmation emails from my previous listings on LEBONCOIN for two days.
I see that the problem is on their end, which reassures me because I searched everywhere on my computer.
Maybe it's affecting a few departments?
I'm from 59 (Nord) and you who are also having issues?? Where are you from? Maybe the problem is geographical??

I received double of my request as a buyer from them, but I did not receive the question as a seller, so if some people want to buy, I don't know about it and I'm surely missing out on sales because I can't respond to anyone!!

- No messages from potential buyers.
- Unable to receive my own list of ads by email.
Since we are all from different regions, the problem is not geographical.
I wonder if there is a common point among us... perhaps the internet service provider? I am with Free, and you?
Maybe we are limited to a maximum number of ads?

Following my post, I received inquiries from members of this forum regarding my ad directly in my email, so we are not removed from the file!!
I also received my request for information (with a 45-minute delay) that I sent to myself through one of my ads. So if we sell, we'll receive the inquiries!!
However, when I go to my ads, the message tells me that I will receive the list of all my ads in my email, but I receive nothing!
No confirmation of ads either.
The problem is therefore not the configuration of our emails, nor our emails themselves.
It is the emails directly sent by LEBONCOIN that are not arriving, and not the responses from clients that should go through other means..
I also wrote to them and I haven't received a response yet..
Apparently Lille - Clermont Ferrand, apparently another person from the forum was right; it's not geographical.. but technical..
They could put a message on the site !!!!!!!!
Thank goodness that with the internet we can communicate with each other, otherwise alone in our corners, we would all be taking apart our computers..

Hello Captain, I found the solution. You need to create a new address on Google Mail. I also never received the confirmation on MSN and Orange, everything was blocked, and now it all works. You can no longer contact me at alain.mary.aurel@orange.fr. Happy selling to everyone on Le Bon Coin. Valerie, Bordeaux.
