Hello, I sell car parts on Le Bon Coin. Someone to whom I sold wheels and who is not satisfied sent me a text saying that he works in IT and that as long as we don’t find a solution, I won’t have any more ads on Le Bon Coin. And surprise, when I checked my inbox today, I found 70 emails from Le Bon Coin saying that 70 of my ads have indeed been deleted. How is this even possible?! These ads are my livelihood, and I really don’t know what to do.. I’m not sure if I can go to the police and show them the text, and if that would be enough to take action. I would also like to know if I should recreate all my ads from scratch, if they are definitely lost or if there is a way to recover them and simply request to reactivate them.

A problem with the site leboncoin.

I created an ad with options which cost me 23 euros.
My ad was published for barely 3/4 hour, then they deactivated it without notifying me.
Since then, they do not want to respond to my requests.
What I have decided is to file a mandate in court for breach of contract after I send them a formal notice by registered letter.

Tired of unprofessional platforms like leboncoin that, with their behavior, are becoming a site for scams.

I have exactly the same problem and on top of that I paid 70 euros to have it at the top of the listings every day!!!
Result: no ads two days later... For me, it's the competition that is unfairly reporting me and it really gets on my nerves...
