Bonjour,
J' ai moi aussi apparement été infecté par ce virus, ieav.exe .
Je pense que cela est arrivé a cause du téléchargement d'un torrent, etant donné que lorsque j'ai par la suite lancé le programme qui s'y trouvait, Vista m'a affiché un message m'annonçant qu'un "programme inconnu" ne c'était peut etre pas bien installé sur mon ordinateur.
Depuis, j'ai le message que plusieurs deja ont decrit, demandant de telecharger l'anti-virus ieav.
En plus de ce message, qui s'affiche de maniere recurente, explorer.exe redémarre assez souvent.
J'ai essayé diverse solution proposée sur ce forum ou sur d'autres, de lancer Malwarebytes (en mode normal puis sans echec), CCcleaner, ou encore un scan en ligne sur un site dont je ne retrouve plus le nom, sans aucun changement.
Par la suite, aprés avoir redémarré l'ordinateur, nouvelle surprise : plus possible d'aller sur internet, mon assistant Wi-Fi ne se lance plus!
Donc je ne sais plus trop quoi faire, et j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider! (cet ordi n' a donc plus accès à internet, mais je peux y avoir accès sur un autre ordi chez moi.)

Juste pour préciser que, en attente d'une réponse, j'ai cherché un peu a droite et a gauche, et que finalement, après que internet soit revenu je ne sais pas comment, j'ai fait un scan en ligne grâce à Kaspersky online scanner 7. Celui ci m'a trouvé deux fichiers infectés, qui sont les suivants :

Après les avoir analysé avec AVG, celui ci m'a enfin détecté un problème, et a m'a demandé de redémarrer l'ordinateur.
Celui ci est redémarré depuis une dizaine de minute, et je n'ai toujours pas eu de problème, je dirais donc que le virus a été supprimé.
Je précise le nom des fichiers qui étaient infectés, car c'est peut être à cet emplacement que se place systématiquement ce virus (mais je ne suis pas sur qu'il faille pour autant directement les supprimer, ces fichiers ont l'air de fichiers système!), de manière à ce que cela serve à d'autres personnes!!
Quoi qu'il en soit, chez moi tout a l'air de bien fonctionner, cependant est il possible que quelqu'un analyse ce rapport HiJackThis? De manière a être sur que tout est O.K.
