la ligne NO NAME O2 correspond à un fichier appartenant à Windows live messenger d'après CastleCops. Cette ligne peut être fixé du fait de la mention (no file)

En ce qui concerne la O10 :
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\pnrpnsp.dll' missing

C'est une ligne légitime toujours d'après CastleCorps. Par contre le mention missing m'intrigue. Pour le moment je te conseillerai de ne pas la fixer

Salut fais un scan en mode sans échec avec AntiVir. Tu lances le scan et si il détecte un virus (normalement oui) tu cliques sur "delete" et "apply sélection to all following détections. (pour qu'il le supprimes automatiquement). A la fin du scan tu cliques sur "Report" puis normalement un bloc-note s'ouvrira tu l'enregistre sur ton bureau avec le titre "Rapport AntiVir"puis tu redémarre en mode normal puis tu me postes le rapport.

Mode sans Echec:

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

*Ok ouvre "Ccleaner" vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis décoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures.". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée". Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois (le nettoyage et le registre).

*Puis reste dans "Ccleaner" puis va dans "Option" puis "Propriété" puis coches "Nettoyer automatiquement l'ordinateur au démarrage".

salut a tous question si antivir n'a rien trouver esque mbam lui trouverai quelque chose ?

et a punky tu parlai des lignes 02 no name je l'ai remarquer souvent sur les log c vrai c pas normal mais rien de dangerux je croit mais je suis pas sur je suis novice et la ligne 10 c pas souvent qulle apparaissent si quelqun pouvait nous traduire sa serai cool

j'ai bien vu qu'il etait prit mais c pour savoir que je pose les question franchement non je voit pas a part la no name si au moin tu t'exprime pour expliquer se que tu voit au moins j'aurai comprit je t'aurai dit merçi et bye au lieu de sa on polemiquer on plus il ta poser la question a la reponse numero 4 tu aurai put lui repondre et la on est a la 9 il attend toujour la reponse a sa question bye

1) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

*Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware
*A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
*Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
*Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger

*** Referme le programme ***

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.
Regarde ici si besoin : http://pageperso.aol.fr/loraline60/mode_sans_echec.htm

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*Puis vs dans l'onglet "Recherche" puis coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
*A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
*Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
*S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

*--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.

Salut,

il ne te répondra pas parce qu'il n'en sait rien et qu'il n'a aucune envie d'apprendre.

Pour compléter tenshi02 :

- la ligne O2 est totalement légitime, simplement rlle est inutile car tu as supprimé le fichier qu'elle est en charge de lancer à chaque démarrage de windows.

- la ligne O10 est le symptôme de ton problème. Un fichier légitime manque et empêche certains accès Internet. Je ne sais pas si c'est la conséquence d'une fausse maneuvre, d'un malware ou autre.


tenshi, si tu ne trouves pas, vois avec le Sioux, ou g!rly, ou FillPCA, ou papyber (ou d'autres, ^^Marie^^, afideg, booddha, ...)
