Hello,How to unsubscribe from Meetic, or how to contact customer service, as I unsubscribed two years ago and deleted all the information about my account (Meetic username, password, etc.) from my archives.However, today I want to re-register (stupid, right?!) and I am told that my email address belongs to someone who is already registered. Shocked...!!! : So I click on "already registered" and then on "forgot password" and I enter my email address. BUT IT DOES NOT WORK and I am asked for my email address again........again and againConfiguration: Windows XP AOL 9.0

Indeed, for the past week I have been experiencing connection problems on the meetic.fr site.  I am unable to send or receive emails, nor can I chat with anyone—essentially, everything is blocked. Good evening,  I subscribed to a six-month plan and have only been able to enjoy my subscription for a little over a month. For the past week, when I log in, or rather try to log in, the homepage remains blank. My account has not been deleted, as members of the site regularly visit my profile. I have already sent three messages to customer service but have received no response. The problem cannot be with my PC since I have access to all other sites without any issues. Does anyone know how to resolve this inconvenience or which other services on the site I might contact? Thank you for your responses.  Franck

So if you write on this site about your Meetic problems, you will not find and you will not receive any response !!!! I advise you to contact Meetic by the only means known to me: The online form: - For subscribers/members: at the bottom of the page, Help/Contact: click and fill out the form - For visitors/guests: more difficult... go to the bottom of the Meetic homepage, click on Help, then at the bottom of Help, click on: I didn’t find the answer to my question, fill out the online form. - For everyone: the phone: 0 800 94 49 49 You can find this information at this address: http://www.bestofmeetic.fr/2008/03/14/contacter-meetic/  And to close the debate definitively: even when you have a case with customer service ongoing, know that no email address is provided to you, the exchanges of answers to their questions are done via ... the form.  Their form and the method used is the most archaic system I have ever seen on the web. S'inscrire à Meetic est une énorme erreur, ce sont des escrocs. L'abonnement de base est hors de prix par rapport aux services proposés, tout ça pour vous diriger vers le premium, beaucoup plus cher, pour un résultat tout aussi aléatoire. Pour avoir essayé d'autres sites, ils sont tous sur le même principe : on vous fait miroiter plein de belles rencontres, etc., mais il faut payer plein pot et une fois abonné, comme par hasard, plus personne ne visite votre profil ou ne répond à vos mails.
