Calling a 08 number from abroad

So let me summarize: for all special numbers that start with 08XXX, you just need to use a landline, and dial the number with the French prefix 0033, and your call will work like an international call on a regular French line!

Indeed, for a reason I don't know, this doesn't seem to work when making the call with foreign mobile phones.

I tested this technique with landlines in Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and Cyprus and it works! Forget all that nonsense above...
