Open an .mso file

I have a little problem and would like to know if someone can help me. At work, I have LOTUS NOTES, and a branch sent me attachments with the .mso extension. I transferred them home to open them in Outlook, but I can't manage to do it; in fact, I don't know how to proceed. *Could someone help me???

    I don't have the information, and everything is in English, which is not my strong suit.

    I forgot to mention that when I try to open my attachment by right-clicking, it doesn't offer me the option to open with...
