Hello,
I just turned on my desktop computer.
And now I can't type anything at all with my wireless keyboard.
None of the keys work.
I've already tried restarting my computer
Changing the battery
Unplugging and replugging the corresponding ASUS USB dongle for the keyboard
Installing a new device
But nothing works, the keyboard is not responding
Do you have a solution to suggest
Do I need to replace my keyboard
Thank you in advance,

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 88.0.4324.190

    Hello,

There are three techniques for connecting wireless devices:

    - wifi
    - Bluetooth
    - radio

The third one is rarely used.

If it's about wifi or BT, you could try the set on another PC to rule out the possibility of a failure; otherwise, three suggestions:

    1) check if there is a more recent version of the driver on the manufacturer's website.

    2) use Revo Uninstaller (free) in advanced mode to completely uninstall the driver, in case traces of the old installation are blocking the new one.

This assumes that the reinstalled driver is compatible with a new version of Windows.

    3) the last resort would be to manually delete traces of this driver in the registry (a bit more delicate).
