Bluestork Wireless Keyboard - letters not working

Hello,

I bought a Bluestork Easy III wireless keyboard to use with my laptop (Windows) for remote work since it serves as my central unit and I work with a separate screen. I wanted a silent keyboard and that's great, but the only issue is that the letters don't work.
The mouse is fine and the only keys on the keyboard that work are the multimedia ones at the top: volume, calculator, sleep mode... but not the letters or the numbers on the keyboard.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Thank you.

No, I bought it second-hand at the store next door, one year warranty, I like it a lot, but if it doesn't work, I'll take it back. I wanted to see if it might be my PC, maybe a configuration to do or something like that... or me lol.
