convert your text to bitmap and use CorelTrace (trace the bitmap)

Right-click on the text and click on "Convert to Curves."

There are cases where when I click to convert to curves --> the text disappears :s
I don't know what to do to prevent or correct this.

If you work with CorelDRAW X3 or X4, the text is already vectorized when you type it.

Indeed, you just need to select the text, then right-click and convert it to curves. The text is not vectorized by default (vectorizing means there are a lot of blue points), while selecting it shows black points.
