Bonjour,
Je suis infectée par des virus et spyware! J'ai essayé presque tout ce que j'ai trouvé sur votrre siite mais là, je n'en peux plus. Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider?
Mon plus gros problème est pour installer un antivirus. J'ai toujours Application win32 non valide.
De plus, j'ai essayé d'installé AVG mais il me dit que j'ai déjà un antivirus insallé alors que j'ai tout désinstallé ...

Salut alors désinstalle tous tes logiciel de sécurité. Et installe AntiVir,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,Ccleaner et active le pare-feu Vista.

Mais je suis entrain d'installer Antivir mais j'ai le message "Some files could not be ceated. Close all applications and reboot Windows and restart this application.
J'ai redémarrer mon ordi mais j'ai toujours le meme message...

Est-ce que Windows defenfer fait bloquer Antivir car c'est vrai qu'il est actif.
