Affichage internet tres lent

Bonjour,
Bon je me resout a demande de l'aide parceque malheuresement je n'arrive as a trouver la solution par moi meme .

Donc je m'explique depuit quelque temps maintenant j'ai lmon net qiu met assez longtemps avant d'afficher une page voir meme quand il y arrive .
J'ai testé avec firefox et internet explorer ca change rien et j'ai droit a chaque fois as des pop up bien sentie a chaque fois bref :/

J'avais poster dans la partie internet mais j'ai pas eu de reponses sauf une qui na pas fonctionne :/

J'ai fait CC cleaner, ad aware , AVG antyspyware et un coup de bit defender .

    #Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's> :
    https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
    #Lance une analyse complète.
    #A la fin du scan, clique sur "Supprimer la sélection" ou "Remove Selected"
    #Copie/colle le rapport final.

    /!\ Déconnecte toi d'Internet, désactive toutes tes protections résidentes et ne touche à rien pendant le scan /!\

    #Télécharge ComboFix (place-le dans un dossier où tu pourras le retrouver facilement !)

    #Exécute-le.
    #Choisis l'option 1.
    #Le bureau peut disparaître pendant le scan : c'est normal.
    #À la fin, il va créer un rapport situé à la racine de ton disque dur. (C:\ComboFix.txt)
    #Ouvre-le et colle-le ici.

    PS : Si l'écran ne réapparaît pas :
    Appuie simultanément sur CTRL + ALT + SUPPR.
    Le Gestionnaire des tâches s'ouvre. Clique sur Fichier puis sur Exécuter. Tape explorer et valide. Le bureau s'affichera à nouveau.

    Au moment ou je te parle internet va beaucoup mieux je surfe enfin a vitesse acceptable la dessus c'est top .

    Bon combofix ne fonctionne pas pour le moment chez moi .

    J'ai bien l'ecran bleu mais aucun choix .

    Merci eleven de m'avoir sortie de la ,apres 20 ans de bidouille informatique c'est bien la premiere fois que je calais sur un probleme .

    Une tite baisse de forme ;)

    Relance MawareByte's > Onglet Quarantaine > Sélectionne tout et clique sur Supprimer.

    Car là, tu n'as rien supprimé ;)

    Et copie/colle un nouveau rapport HijackThis stp.

    Meme avec une armée de logiciel ........

    *Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
    *Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
    *Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
    *Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
    *Poste le rapport C:\TCleaner.txt

    1.Ouvre le Menu Démarrer
    2.Clique-droit sur Poste de travail
    3.Clique sur Propriétés
    4.Positionne-toi dans l'onglet Restauration du système
    5.Coche Désactiver la restauration système
    6.Valide par Ok
    7.Redémarre
    8.Reproduis les manipulations 1 à 3
    9.Décoche Désactiver la restauration système
    10.Valide par Ok
