ok voila j'ai eu le meme probleme que toi pour la carte son :

tu vas sur le site d'hp :https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/

mais si tu me donne le nom complet de ton pc alors la c'est plus facile
par exemple mon pc c'est un hp dv4000 je tape le nom , je selectionne mon ordinateur puis je vais sur Software & Driver downloads
et je télécharge les pilotes dont j'ai besoin

*pour la carte graphique je te conseil d'aller chez le site du constrcteur
ta quoi comme carte graphique ??
