sur le pc d'un amis sur infecté, hijack ma sorti ça
je vous poste ce log car les entrées "16-.......... " je sais pas ce qui faut en faire, si c du bon ou du mauvais.

re,
pardon pour le temps pris par la réponse mais voila.

bon le pc de mon ami ne veux pplus démarrer, ni en mode normal, ni en mode sans échec. 
le problème viendrait d'une DLL manquante "baseahoi32.dll", mais je ne trouves aucune info sur cette dll.
pensent booter à partir du cd windows pour faire une réparation, voila que le lecteur ne veux plus marcher; d'apres lui cela viendrai du lecteur car il ne marche pas trés bien ces dernier temps.

achaque fois on voit l'image de windows qui se charge puis ecran moir et au moment de voir le choix de l'utilisateur le pc reboot . idem pour le mode ss echec.

le scan dura 4h et moi j'avais autre chose a faire, donc je tassa mais mon pote m'a dit que le scan en ligne n'a rien trouvé.
j'ai vu qu esur d'autre topic tu disais de faire navilog1, ?? peut être que . ?!?
mais le problème en ce moment c qu'il nous est impossible de faire clic droit sur le bureau est d'accéder au propriétés ou comme je le disais plus haut "option des fichier" "option internet" ou autre de la même page.????

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt) 




Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet Fichier , Nouvelle tâche , tape explorer.exe et valide

bon ben g fé le scan navilog1 et depuis impossible de se connecter, même antivir ne veut plus ouvrir le parapluie.
sur le .exe y avait un virus mais je l'ai laisser faire "reboot. xxx". donc je v refaire le scan et trouver un moyen pour le poster.

    * Double-cliquez dessus pour l'ouvrir
    * Assurez-vous que dans le menu déroulant Unidad, vous avez bien C:\ (ou la partition contenant le système d'exploitation)
    * Vérifiez aussi que l'option en bas de la fenêtre Eliminar Ficheros Automaticamente est bien cochée
    * Cliquez sur le bouton Explorar pour lancer l'analyse, à la fin du scan, un rapport est généré, nommé infosat.txt, il est en outre sauvegardé sous la racine : C:\infosat.txt
et vous me poster le rapport

aucune indication d'une quelconque infection bagle qui justifierait elibagla

aucune demande de suppression des outils

aucune demande de purge de la restauration système;

l'ordi est il désinfecté ? d'autant plus compliqué de répondre que l'infection la plus visible (navipromo) n'était pas décelable sur le rapport Hijackthis).

bonjour, 
alors je fais quoi?
a savoir que  y a plus de problème(c'est ce qu'il me dit) si ce n'est que l'on ne peut plus accéder au proprieté du bureau, que l'ouverture ddu panneau de config lui s'ouvre mais pas ce qui y a dedans.
on à test une restauration à partir du cd windows mais ca ne change rien, du coup on ne peut purger la restauration système.

navilog à été désinstallé par un autre utilisateur du pc donc je n'est pas pu récupérer le rapport

Zeb-Restore est un petit utilitaire de restauration de clés de la base de registre. Le but du programme n'est pas de restaurer l'ensemble du système mais uniquement les points les plus souvent touchés afin de solutionner différents problèmes qui peuvent revenir de façon récurrente.

Voici les éléments qui peuvent être restaurés : coche les lignes en gras
- RegEdit : réactive l'accès à RegEdit
- Clés RUN : réactive le lancement de programmes par clés RunXXX
- Bouton Arrêter : rétablit le bouton Arrêter
- Windows Update : rétablit la fonction Windows Update
- Gestionnaire des tâches : réactive le gestionnaire des tâches
- Panneau de configuration : réactive le Panneau de configuration
- Ajout/Suppression de programmes : restaure la fonction Ajout-Suppression de programmes
- Policies : remet en place des éléments désactivés par "Policies"
- Bureau : réactive le Bureau
- Réparation IE : répare Internet Exploreur (pages de recherche)

merci le log me dis que la restoration à bien marché mais c pas le cas, rien ne marche.
deplus je viens de voir que les cafards sont tjrs là. c'est l'ecran de veille.
je vois aussi que (9AFB8248-617F-460d-9366-D71CDEDA3179) est recurrent, je le tej mais il revient toujours.
je ne sais comment l'enlever, et je ne trouve pas grand chose à son sujet. enfin si mais je ne sais comment faire puisque je ne peut acceder à aucune "option"

bon le probleme d'acced au "option" est réglé.
un coup de malwarebyte.... et ça m'a trouvé un rogue (si tu veux le rapport, je le met à la fin)
mais à l'heure actuel je ne sais si les caffard vont réapparetre ou pas, j'attend.

un dernier truc :

Tu sembles ne pas avoir de parefeu contrôlant les connexions sortantes, ce qui est un risque de sécurité.

Si c'est le cas tu as le choix entre ces deux possibilités :

pour ce qui est du pare feu pas de P il a dut en mettre un, je lui avait parlé de ZA ou comodo mais pour toolcleaner je lui en parlerai.
