Combined DVD/VCR Problems

Hello everyone,

I don't know if I'm in the right post since this is my first message...

Indeed, I have a problem with the DVD/VCR combo from the brand INTERNATIONAL (<-- It's a brand) and the model number: ON98P.
When I press a button, it shows "SAFE", so I can't insert a tape or a DVD or anything else.
I'm not an electronics pro, so please don't use words that are too complicated for me. Lol.

    The device must have been locked by an accidental action, look for the lock button on the remote control (it may be represented by a padlock symbol), by pressing it, the device should unlock, it's nothing serious don't worry. Best regards.

      Thank you very much sparrow24 for your very quick response, I didn't even think of that, and I thought it was disassembled... Indeed, you were right, I confused safe with save (for me it meant backup... anyway, I hope you don't mind me using "tu," at 15 we never use "vous," lol.

      Good evening,
      I have a DVD VCR combo player to which I had to add a TNT decoder (the TV is TNT HD). Since last night, I can't switch to VCR, can't eject the disc, nor play it; nothing works.
      When I turn on TV-COMBINE and DECODER or TV-DECODER, the LOCK icon appears.
      What should I do,
      if you have a CLEAR solution because I am a GRANDMA (not too many technical terms!).
