Hello,
I am currently writing a thesis and doing a lot of research on the internet. Recently, I saved a PDF that contains a lot of interesting information for my work. The problem is that in my bibliography, I need to provide the website where the document can be accessed, but I don't remember it and I can't find it.
Is there a way to retrieve it using the document properties?

Open the PDF and check the properties: It's not certain that the author has included any information, but you never know.
Alternatively, you can also search for the filename (if you haven't changed it) or the title on Google.
If you know the author's name, you can also use it as a search criterion. With a bit of luck, you might come across their personal page or that of their university (if they are an academic).
