Screen flickering on startup

Hello,
I have an LG Flatron L1960TQ, which is no longer under warranty. The problem is that it flickers like a strobe light on startup, as if it needs to warm up before displaying normally?! After 1 minute of flickering, it works perfectly fine.
(I tried it on another PC, and the problem is the same, so it definitely comes from the monitor)
I would like to know what might be causing this so that I can repair it myself.

I found the solution since!
It simply comes from the power supply! I bought a generic one on eBay for really cheap, in my case, the connector for the screen was different, so I cut the original one to put it on the new power supply... since June 2008, no issues!
