Bonjour, j'ai un très gros problème, il y une semaine j'ai eu un virus dont je ne suis pas sûre mai je crois qui s'appelle "bagle" à se qu'il paraît. Du coup, j'ai eu un problème de wifi (871122) que j'ai réussi à réparer en allant sur des forums. Mais le gros problème c'est que mon antivirus ne marchait pas après que ordi soit atteint de ce virus, donc je l'ai désinstaller et mnt la réinstallation ne marche plus et le virus propage tjrs sur mon ordi. J'aimerai savoir comment est-ce que je pourrai détruire ce satané virus? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

Et oui, grâce à ton aide, mon PC va beaucoup mieux qu'avant, il n'y a plus l'écran bleu avec le message comme fond d'écran, et au moment du chargement de mon ordinateur il n'y plus les fenêtre qui viennent et mon pc va plus vite.

salut g!rly , j'ai de nouveaux des problèmes avec mon pc , et comme tu m'avais tellement bien expliqué pour les problèmes précédents il y a plusieurs mois. J'ai espéré que tu pouvais m'aider pour le problème suivant qui est arrivée il y environ une demi-heure:
voilà , j'allume mon pc => sa s'allume, il y le logo "VAIO" qui s'affiche comme tjrs et ensuite on me proppose d'allumer mon pc en mode sans échec, en mode sans échec avec réseau, ou en mode normale et en un autre truc que je sais plus. Moi je mets en mode normale, il y le chargement avec le logo windows xp et les traits bleus qui circulent en dessous ,mais soudain il y a fond bleu avec un texte qui s'affiche pour moins d'une seconde, et après sa redémarre mon pc.
Stp j'ai besoin de ton aide.

ah oui ,seulement avec mode sans échec , sans échec avec réseau sa marche.

re-salut, en fait je sais pas pourquoi mais là sa remarche. Alors je te ferai signe si le problème il revient ;) .
