Win32:Rootkit aidez moi !

Bonjour,
j'ai un rootkit et faille sur mon ordi, je n'y connait vraiment pas grand chose mais j'ai fait un scan avec Hijackthis, voila ce que ça donne (jy comprend rien bien sur..) :

quel est le problème exact et comment le résoudre..
