Sorry, but that's nonsense! After countless unsuccessful attempts, I found it!
Connect your MP3 (switch ON) to the computer (Vista, XP, or anything else, it doesn’t matter as I’ve tested it myself). Then format it to FAT32 (quick), then open it and don’t create any folders! Just drag your MP3s. DONE! WORKS PERFECTLY! Thanks to my patience lol @+

I have the same problem
moreover, in the FAQ for the update, they mention that mp3 files purchased from legal download sites that the player would not support :( and there's no way to listen to my music either.

Well, I know that double posts are not very appreciated by moderators, but never mind, this might help some people:
from D'jix Media go to music > add audio file > sync selection
if your file is compatible, it will copy your mp3 from your computer to your player, otherwise, if a red cross appears, it means it's not compatible with yuno-20.
2309 if you can't play your files, it's because they haven't been synced; you've only linked your computer to your player, but you haven't copied them.

I'm really sorry!
But the most common response used in howitworks is that they erased the FMIN.DIR and MICN.DIR files!
MICN is used for sound and recordings!
FMIN is used for storage!
To recreate MICN, just make a recording and it will be recreated in the player... But for FMIN! I don't know.

Hello,
you just need to create the folders: FMIN.DIR and MICN.DIR.
The mp3 files should be placed in FMIN.DIR, and that’s it.

Mon problème c'est que Vista ne reconnaît pas mon Juno 20, alors que celui-ci fonctionne sur un autre ordi sous XP. Que dois-je faire ???
A tip for the first installation: format your MP3 player, erase all the files inside, go to "My Computer," select the icon by right-clicking, look for "Format Device," and format it quickly by checking the appropriate box!
Then safely remove the device using the icon at the bottom right! Reconnect it, and like magic, it should appear in "My Computer" as a removable MP3 player with the icon. Right-click to check the properties and verify the memory; after that, open it,
double-click on the icon in "My Computer," and there you go, it's empty. Now choose the MP3 songs (WMA, etc.)
and drag them into the player after selecting them.
If it doesn't work, safely remove your device using the icon at the bottom right, go to "My Computer," right-click it to access the Device Manager, uninstall it by right-clicking on it, making sure to select the USB MP3 player!
After that, restart your PC while connecting the MP3 player to your USB port. When Windows restarts, it will detect the new device, install it, and see if it still behaves the same!
It should work; if not, search for the driver on the manufacturer's website. As for the software they provide, it's junk; if you want to listen to sound, there's no need for software! Besides, there’s often spyware that sends information to the manufacturer's website, meaning they know what you can put in the player and what's on your PC; in short, it’s junk!
If you care, download it from their site and be careful when removing the player from the USB port, as people often don't do it safely, which can fry it and cause issues later!
My process works for all players, even phones that often have problems!
I’ve done it for Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, and Alcatel, and it all works super well.
There you go, see you soon, even if it’s been a while since the post was made, for future guys who have problems ;-)

Hello,
Connect your d-jix to your computer. Go to the mp3juce website.
Search for your tracks and click on download. It will open a page with an error message... don't mind it. Close it. Go back to the page, on the chosen track. 3 or 4 options will appear under download. mp3 megabit red blue or green, choose the middle one, the blue I think! Click and boom, it arrives in your "downloads." Drag the file into your d-jix music and there you go, it works????
I really struggled too!!! This site is great. It has everything, it's free and ad-free! I hope I helped you. Have fun????
