Selfsat H10D antenna

Hello,
I’M HAVING HUGE ISSUES WITH MY NEW ANTENNA.
I LIVE IN ORLY AND I JUST BOUGHT A SUPER FLAT AND DISCREET OUTDOOR ANTENNA.
THE ISSUE IS THAT I CAN’T TUNE IT IN, I HAVE NO SIGNAL AND I HAVE TO ADMIT I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.
ALSO, FOR NOW I’ve PUT IT ON THE EDGE OF MY WINDOW BUT SOON MY LANDLORD IS GOING TO CHANGE THE WINDOWS, WILL IT WORK THROUGH THE GLASS?

    Hi, I just installed this antenna too and I apparently encountered the same problem, but it's fixed.
    First of all, you need to point it towards a satellite that you have chosen. For French channels, you should choose one named "ASTRA" and if it doesn't work at all, you need to pay attention to the decoder that you are using*.
    (* : It's the little box that you connect between the "dish" and the TV.) So there are:
    -1 for analog quality via satellite.
    -1 for analog quality via terrestrial antenna.
    -1 for digital quality via satellite.
    -1 for digital quality via terrestrial antenna.

    In my opinion, you should choose the one that allows digital satellite reception, and you'll see it will work out almost by itself. (:
    As for me, I found myself with one made for antennas and it didn't work, no signal.
    The thing is that the one for antennas starts at €25 and the cheapest one I found for satellite costs at least €125. And yes, obviously you’ll tell me, it seems there are some unscrupulous sellers...
