I'm stuck in The Urbz: Sims in the City on DS in mission 5, objective 3. How do you find the chocolate to put in the mixer to give to Bob Bayou?

I'm going to try to help blind people at once, often people are stuck at this point:
. Follow the instructions on the board (the board is at the library in Urbania where there's a guy in a wheelchair)
. Beat Rocky, you need to boost your bike by talking to the guy in front (in the bike room)
. Go to Lil Genome, you need to feed Raoul the bum and he’ll tell you how he’s doing
. To cure Bob's vampirism, just after having seen him, you need to go see Mrs. Leszastre and then put 3 chocolates in the blender and then put them in the oven
. For the sheet at the cemetery, it's behind a stone that tips towards the middle of the cemetery (and when he says this note will give a pen... I don’t remember what you need to go see Tryphon of Trtencieu)
. To decorate the scene, take anything as long as it's not too big, e.g. bunch of flowers, etc.

. The dancing capybara is on an island, but to get there you need to have the blue pedal boat that is parked near the glass city. So you take the pedal boat, go under the two bridges, then keep straight and there is a small island with the capybaras on it, you approach them and take one!

You should see a yellow arrow appear; press A and you just have to put on all your black clothes.  For Lolipops: To give the chocolate to Bob Bayou, you need to put three pieces of chocolate in the blender (which gives you the dough) & then put the dough in the oven to bake & then give it to Bob Bayou. Well, the piles of garbage are the little things you find on the ground throughout the game except on the islands, I think. You know when you're walking and sometimes a yellow arrow appears, well that's it. And if you go check in the pocket menu, you'll see the number of piles of garbage you have, as well as the cans, license plates, nuclear fuel, and frogs.
But you can only have 99 items, so to reach 100, you need to collect the 99, go to the Urbania prison, talk to the guy in front of the bins, give him your 99 piles of garbage, then go back outside and get the 100th one and bring it to him. And that's it.
