Bonjour,

PC neuf, experience limitée ...

mon PC deconne depuis que j'ai mis le nez dans P2P.

Le fond d'ecran a disparu, des repertoires disparaissent,
durant le boot WINDOW VISTA, 4 fichiers DLL sont defaillants (le nombre augmente)
il arrive que je ne parvienne pas a me connecter internet
j'ai lancé une analyse SPYWARE DOCTOR
il detecte 2 menaces et 10 infections
TROJAN AGENT
ROGUE.ANTISPYWARE.SPYWARENo.

comment traiter ??

    Bonjour,

    Sans vouloir paraître pessimiste, la meilleur chose à faire quand on a autant d'infections c'est de formater.

      et puis d'ailleurs comment je fais pour formater ?
      et pour remettre a flot la becane ?

    Pour se protéger c'est assez simple, des anti-spywares comme ad-aware ou spybot sont très efficaces. Il te faut aussi un antivirus digne de ce nom, perso je marche actuellement avec antivir et il me donne entière satisfaction (après si tu fais qlq recherches sur le net tu en trouveras pas mal et il te suffira de faire ton choix).
    Pour formater c'est très simple tu fais clique droit sur le disque dur concerné puis formater (bien sûr il ne faut pas que ce soit le disque dur sur lequel est windows). Si tu veux carrément réinstaller windows (et avec autant de problèmes je te le conseille), il te proposera pendant l'installation de créer des partitions et par la même occasion de formater.

      pas chaud pour faire un formatage du DD...
      je manque un peu de billes pour assurer le redemarrage de PC
      je n'ai que le CD de sauvegarde que j'ai fait au premier demarrage du PC neuf (est ce suffisant ?)
      ya pas des trucs a sauvegarder avant de formatter ? parametres FREE et internet? etc ...
      par curiosité, j'ai telechargé HijackThis v2.0.2 et voici le rapport, ya rien a en tirer ?
      et aussi antivir aprés les ::::::::::::::::::::: ci dessous

    Si tu as le CD de vista c'est tout ce dont tu as besoin, sinon renseigne -toi car je ne suis pas très compétent dans ce domaine.
    Quand aux "choses" que tu veux sauvegarder ça dépend de ce que tu veux conserver ou non. Pour ma part je pense (parce que j'ai déjà essayé) que ta connection internet ainsi que ses paramètres seront conservés (cependant tes favoris seront effacés c'est pourquoi il pourrait être utile de noter les adresses avant d'effacer). De plus à ta place je ferai une sauvegarde des logiciels qui me sont utiles (après à toi de voir lesquels).
