Wireless mouse (it.works)

Hello,

I bought a wireless mouse (IT.WORKS model no. MWO-6500) but it works once in a while; when I plug in the USB dongle, it’s recognized by Windows (XP or Vista), but then it stops working. What should I do for a lasting installation?

      I have exactly the problem you described regarding the It Works MWO-6500 mouse. What did you do to make it work? In fact, it was working perfectly for me. I had to change the batteries and then nothing. Thank you for your help.

        It's crap, mine eats batteries like crazy!! Before I had a Logitech, I think I'm going to buy one again, shame on Darty and on the store that sells this!
