Bluestork Wireless Mouse Issue Solved

Question

Hello, I bought a rechargeable wireless keyboard and mouse set from BLUESTORK, I installed the drivers using the mini-CD provided. At first, neither of the two devices worked, but then for some reason the mouse started working along with the keyboard. However, the next day the mouse stopped working and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but nothing worked; only the keyboard is functioning. If someone could help me resolve this issue, maybe there is a solution because there are 2 connect buttons (1 under the mouse + 1 on the base), I pressed them but I don't really understand what they are for.  Thank you in advance!!

Hi  these buttons are for syncing your keyboard and mouse to the base that you usually connect via USB. You need to normally press the base first, then the keyboard and the mouse to synchronize the waves. This will explain why it is not working. -- nothing is impossible; everything has a solution.

For the record, I shouldn't have a connect button on the keyboard. So I press the connect button on the base, it should blink, I wait for it to stop blinking and then I press the connect button on the mouse, that's right?

yes that's it but you must have one under the keyboard if it's wireless too -- nothing is impossible everything has a solution
