Flashing PPP on my Freebox Solved

Hello, my Freebox V5 has been displaying 3 flashing P's for 2 days. What’s happening? Thank you for your help, as Free has advised me to wait without giving me more details!

I did a hard reboot and it came back. Hard reboot: unplug and then plug the Freebox back in 5 times in a row.

In my opinion, your connection dropped; we had the same issue and had to call 4 times. It lasted for a month. We requested a refund for the month plus the communications, and to our surprise, we were refunded everything after 2 to 3 months.

Otherwise, did you do a hard reboot of your Freebox?

especially call Free if you open a Gamot ticket otherwise you can wait a long time

for your information: The Gamot is the after-sales service of France Telecom. A Gamot ticket is opened when you have a problem with your line and Free thinks that its origin comes from France Telecom
