PC COMPTA is a copyright-protected software, and it is strictly forbidden to download it. You must purchase it from the publisher DLG (formerly SGI) located in Boumerdes. The price is truly the most competitive in Algeria.

Moreover, even if you find a pirated installable copy, you will not be able to activate it without the Key Disk.

Algeria has chosen to adopt an Accounting and Financial System based on International Standards IAS/IFRS. This choice signifies a radical change from the current accounting and financial system (PCN75) to the NSCF 2010 system. Since the decision for this evolution, relevant collaborators from both public and private enterprises (accountants, financial managers, executives) have participated in numerous informational meetings and benefited from training seminars offered by competent private and public organizations. The IAS/IFRS standards applicable to the New Accounting and Financial System are now assimilated by most stakeholders involved. The implementing decrees governing the rollout of the new system have been published, and companies must apply these new standards. It is within this framework that the NECFA Solution has come into play. The transition between the two accounting systems requires the transfer of accounting data from the 2009 fiscal year to the 2010 fiscal year governed by the new NSCF2010 standards. This transfer does not simply involve processing entries through a correspondence table linking one account to another. The process proves to be quite complex. It requires following a long and thoughtful process similar to the methodology of managing an IT project that includes the phases of information, training, analysis, simulation, decision-making, and testing before executing the final processing. NECFA brings together the ECFS 2009, TRANSNORME NSCF, and ECFS 2010 modules, allowing for: - the preparation of the balance sheet and the Tax Package 2009 (PCN75 standards), - the management of the transfer of current accounting data to the New Accounting and Financial System, - the preparation of NSCF2010 Financial Statements. NECFA is compatible with all accounting software, allowing for the export and import of their entries. The TRANSNORME module integrates the accounting data from the current software. All accounting software mentioned in this post unfortunately does not comply with IAS-IFRS standards or Algerian regulations, whether concerning the preparation of financial statements (which is the primary objective of the standards) or the rules for posting accounting entries. The most serious issue is that all the products claim to respect the regulations on the use of IT, while this text is completely ridiculous and nearly impossible to comply with (it reminds me of the infamous press law).

All companies, at least those mentioned here and whose products I've been able to test (dlg, lifa soft, ....) and others clever enough to present an evaluation version that works only once (megathèque) without any respect for the user, and with their experiences!!... manage to produce a product that has only the name of software, the rest being similar to Excel or a form Word or Web, .... neither the ergonomics nor the logic of processing, .... they remind me of the practical work of CFPA students,
as for the price, that's a whole different story.

Surely there are other products, the genius of Algerians cannot be called into question.
