Hello everyone I have a big problem with my printer, it's not printing black anymore and for colors, it's only printing blue it's an HP D2360 I've already done the head cleaning at least 10 times and nothing changes who has an idea please thank you

That's the problem with HP: the cartridges, or rather the nozzles, are delicate to prime.
Leave them for a long time, 1-2 hours. Soak the nozzles in rubbing alcohol.
Prime with a tissue without pockets (Kleenex).
Make sure to leave an air intake (small channels on top), don't tape too much.
Do lots of tests to stimulate the nozzles.

No, they work very well. The only thing that no longer shows in the "HP Solution Center" is "ink level unavailable," but sometimes it shows that very well.
For 10 years, HP has never caused me any problems, and that, on all my HP printers.

Surely a bad maneuver. My movements are broken down and very slow. The ink enters with extreme slowness and sparsely.
