How to open an Apple "Pages" document on Windows?

Hello,

I am an avid user of macOS... that's the best.
But I need to open a Pages document on Windows.

How to do that?

I know the topic is dated, but I want to provide the solution for those who don't have a Mac available!

To read a .Pages file on Windows:
  • Rename the file to change the extension to .zip
  • Unzip the file, then open the QuickLook folder inside, and click on Preview.pdf


And there you go!

I have a problem: I had 5 files in PAGES format and I managed to open 3 of them with Preview, but the other two do not exist.
