Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours Antivir m'annonce la présence d'un virus, TR/Vundo/Gen et me propose de placer des fichiers . dll en quarantaine, et depuis ce matin, il m'annonce la rpésence d'un autre virus égealement, TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen.
Depuis ce virus, explorer ouvre automatiquement plein de pages internet explorer et rend la navigation impossible.

Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Télécharger OAD (Outil d'Aide au Diagnostic) < http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe >
→ Enregistre-le sur ton bureau
→ Lancer 'OAD.exe' en faisant un double clique sur le fichier
→ Saisir la valeur recherchée -> ' cBspnnnm.dll ' ( fait un copier/coller )
→ Type de recherche : sélectionner l'option 6 puis valide [entrée]
→ OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier.
→ Laisse-le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ait terminé.
→ Suivant la taille des disques durs, cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes.

→ Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement dès qu'il en aura terminé.
→ Faire un copier/coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Il y a un message qui annonce que le fichier C:/text n'existe pas, alors je demande de le créer, puis il ouvre un fichier bloc note vide..donc je ne sais pas si il a trouvé ce fichier.

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
Remets aussi un rapport Hijackthis

le pc vient de redémarrer, apres avoir afficher la création d'un registre de sauvegarde, c'est normal??
