Bonjour, A ce que je vois je ne suis pas tout seul a m'être fait avoir par ce magnifique cadeau. Et oui parfois la vie est dur sur internet!! Mais bon relativisons, comment ça marche est là pour défendre la veuve et l"orphelin.... Enfin bref J"ai attrapé hier ce trojan dans un faux setup.exe, immédiatement je suis allé sur le forum et j"ai suivi les démarches indiquée... A savoir: SmitfraudFix Hijackthis Otmoveit Navilog bitdefender et Vundofix j'ai scanné mon pc avec tous ces utils et supprimmer ce qu'il fallait, en mode sans échec notamment, et suite au dernier Vundofix a bloquer sur un dll mais il finit par le supprimer. Au démarrage suivant j'ai eu un message d'erreur me disant : erreur de chargement du dll c:/windows/system32/dxroxjgr.dll module spécifié introuvable Es-ce grave, et puis-je y remédier ? De plus j'ai toujours une fenêtre d'erreur qui se lance toutes les 20min en m'avertisant de la présence du trojan...et me conduisant vers un site d'achat d'antispyware... j'ai l'impréssion que la bête est tj là !!! Merci d'avance... ps: jai retrouvé entre autre un virus nommé blackbird (qui affichait un faux fond d'écran et se divisait en plusieurs fichiers, ou virus...? ES-CE POSSIBLE QUE J'AI RECU UN COKCTAIL ? HELP

ok vundo est coriace a virer suis cette procedure , copie et colle moi les trois rapports

Télécharger Vundofix.exe (par Atribune) sur votre Bureau : http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

pour effectuer les fix deconnect toi et ferme toutes tes applications !!

* Double-cliquer sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
* Cliquer sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
* Lorsque le scan est complété, cliquer sur le bouton Remove Vundo.
* Une invite de commande demandera si l’on souhaite supprimer les fichiers, cliquer sur YES
* Après avoir cliqué "YES", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
* Une nouvelle invite de commande annoncera que le PC devra s'éteindre ("shutdown"). Cliquer sur OK , puis laisser le redémarrer.
* Le contenu du rapport est situé dans C:\vundofix.txt, poste le stp

Télécharge sur le bureau

=> Clic Continue ==> clic Start
=> Clic Oui
=> A la fin si Vundo est présent , le PC s’éteint et redémarre
- Si Ecran bleu et message : Erreur fatale .. pas de problème
=> Poster le rapport VBG.TXT qui est sur le bureau

ensuite

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien :

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" n'est pas coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans combofix comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport combofix.txt

parfait tu reussi a terrasser vundo , ton pc a du regagner de la vitesse ? mais le rapport combofix presente encore des infection qu'il ne peu traiter , tu dois changer d'outil car il reste au moin une backdoor .

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

de rien mais je te conseil de finir la procedure ne t'inquiete pas tu as fait le plus dure mais il faut le faire correctement

1) telecharge avg anti spyware et ccleaner

Telecharge AVG anti spywares

http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-products/ww/crp/0?prd=triasw
Installe le puis...Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Clique sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe Mise à jour manuelle, cliquer sur le bouton Commencer la mise à jour.
Attends la fin de cette mise à jour puis ferme le programme.
Ne pas lancer d'analyse maintenant

Telecharge

-- CCleaner
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Choisi de préférence la version SLIM-No Toolbar.
Installe-le en prenant soin de décocher les diverses options dont la barre Yahoo et la mise à jour.
Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.
Ferme le programme pour l’instant.

2) Redémarre en mode sans échec

Regarde ici avant : http://pageperso.aol.fr/loraline60/mode_sans_echec.htm
Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

--Réglages

Clique sur le menu Analyse (de la barre d'outils).
Clique sur l'onglet Paramètres.
Dans Comment réagir? clique sur Actions recommandées et choisir Quarantaine.
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Dans Rapports cocher "générer un rapport après chaque analyse"

-- Scan
Dans l'onglet Analyse
Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.(C:\Programfiles\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports)
Ensuite
Très important : A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"

Puis ferme AVG Anti-Spyware.

4) Suppression de fichiers inutiles avec CCleaner

Lance CCleaner en double-cliquant sur son raccourci sur le bureau.
Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
Clique sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage
clique sur registre cherche et repare les erreurs effectue trois fois la manipe pour que se sois efficace !

5) Rapports

Fais redémarrer le PC en mode normal puis poste en réponse :
*un dernier rapport hijackthis
* Le rapport d AVG antispyware 7.5 situé ici C:\Programfiles\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports

ensuite suppression des outils utilisés

· Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/AceRothstein/ToolsCleaner2.exe
· Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
· Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
· Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
· Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
· Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

et derniere manip a effectuer tu dois purger ta restauration syteme afin d'y supprimer les virus restes en memoire dans ton pc

Salut !!

me revoila j'ai suivit tes indications a la lettre.
Seul soucis j'ai téléchargé la version 8 de AVG et du coup en mode sans echec il a lancé le scan direct, sans aucune intreface, en ligne de commande... et pour le rapport j'ai rien vu car une fois fini il s'est fermé. J'ai apercu qu'il avait trouvé des cookies, adware et un trojan, mon problème est de savoir si il les a supprimer!
Si cela pôse problème je peux relancé AVG

Je viens de lancer Tools cleaner il n'a trouvé que les application sutilisées:

Hijack
Malware
ComboFix
Navilog
et autres...

J'ai pas eut de rapport non plus et les recherches suivantes ne donnent rien (normal j'ai tout virer !)

Plus de messages bizarres, moins de ralentissements et le disque beaucoup plus propre

Je pense que c'est bon pour cette fois, je cliquerai moins vite sur des fichiers inconnus a l'avenir...
Que me conseille tu comme protection pour virus et autre spyware en libre et gratuit ?

bonjour niveau protection , perso j'utilise avira antivir j'ai le pare feu online armor personnal firewal ainsi que spyware terminator tout est free , je n'aime pas payer pour me faire infecter ! lol

si tu desire les liens n'hesite pas !
