Bonjour,
je souhaiterais avoir de l'aide afin de me débarrasser de offer car je crois qu'il me ralentit internet si quelqun peut me répondre merci d'avance

Salut, 

tu vas installer Avast , le mettre à jour (le programme et la base virale), et faire un bon scan minutieux avec scan des archives(en même temps, règle la protection résidente sur élévée). Il faut attendre la fin du scan, si il trouve quelque chose, mets en quarantaine. Ensuite télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware Met la base de signature à jour puis fais un scan complet, attends le résultat, puis supprime tout si il t'a trouvé quelque chose.

en fait j'ai telecharger hijack this   de plus je n'arrive pas  à desinstaller avg anti spyware cependant il faut que tu m'explique pas à pas car je ne m' y connait pas en info toutefois pour l'instant  sinon voici le resume
