Sims 2 Nintendo DS; the pocket menu freezes

Hi everyone!!
I have a problem with my Sims 2 game on Nintendo DS. The thing is, everything goes well until I click on the "pocket" menu. After that, everything freezes!! The music makes weird noises, like a scratched and damaged CD; the image freezes; and no button works except the "power" button. So I lose everything I had done!!!

    Hello, I had the same problem as you. I repurchased the game but it did the same thing to me. The only solution is to restart your game from the beginning, that's what I did and today it didn't bug. Unfortunately, you will lose your save but that's the only solution...

    Sorry, I have another problem. I'm sorry to ask you this here, but I just bought a Sims 2 game, a good deal on PC. The installation went smoothly, except now I can't play it because it says that the CD in the drive is not the correct one, even though it is the right one…

      Well, you actually need to put in the original CD, not "Sims 2 Good Deal!!" "Sims 2 Good Deal" is just something to add accessories and other stuff!!! I also have The Sims 2 on my computer, so just put in the base CD!

    Ok, that’s good if I understood correctly, I have to play with the normal Sims 2. But will I really have all the new options from Sims Goodies... thanks for your help.

        tu dois aller dans la chaufferie comme si tu ajoutais un combustible
        à ta liste de choix : recharger détecteur ;-)
