Hello,
I have a problem with my KODAK EasyShare digital camera, I dropped it but not hard, and the lens won't close. When I turn it on, it shows the homepage and then the "OK" button flashes and it says
Lens Error: 22. Please help me!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

I have the same problem.
When I make videos on the device and watch them on the device, everything works perfectly - the image and the sound!
But when I put the videos on the computer, I have the image, but no sound!

It is completely normal that you don't hear sound when you watch your videos on your Kodak camera, as stated in the manual. The camera records sound and transmits it only to a computer. If you don't have sound on your computer, it means your computer is not compatible with the Kodak software. Were you able to upload any photos?

people annoy me, don't they understand that they're not the only ones with problems??? Everyone asks their question and only thinks about their own "drama" and doesn't think about the person who asked their question first, I find it really frustrating.

I also have an unresolved issue with my Kodak Easyshare C913 camera. Ever since I reformatted my PC and added more memory, I haven't been able to install the Easyshare software that came with the camera nor download it from the internet. Why? Before this software installed just fine, but now it's impossible. Moreover, like another user, I've never been able to retrieve all my pictures, while my son, on his older PC without any specific software, retrieves them all. I'm not a tech expert, so I'm unable to answer other people's questions who may not be more skilled than I am, which is why I need to ask questions. I have neither sound on the device nor sound on the computer...
The device has never been dropped; it's nearly new....
Lachichounette, did the sound come on naturally, or did you activate it in the menu or somewhere else?
I find it strange...

Hello,

I had the same problem and I finally managed to solve it. You need to disassemble the device and you'll find a tab that is only connected on one side to the device (the other side having come loose due to the fall). You need to put the other part of the tab back into the small slot opposite, and then it should work.

I have a problem with my EasyShare camera. I took some photos with it, and my friend wanted them, so I put my memory card in his computer. The photos transferred correctly, but when I put my memory card back in my camera, there were no more photos on it, and now the storage space for photos has decreased.
If anyone has had this problem before, please help me.

I have a Kodak EasyShare M753 camera, it's very good as a camera, but I'm only asking you to help me recover my photos.
The internal memory capacity of the camera is 9 photos, but I added a memory card for 800 photos.
Today I have a problem with my PC and I've lost all the photos stored on it.
