Does a 230V device work with 220V?

Hello,
I have a device that indicates it operates on 230V (purchased in Belgium), and I was wondering if there is a risk of plugging it directly into a socket in France. Otherwise, do I need an adapter?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Normally, there shouldn't be any problem if the frequency is the same at 50Hz, and for the socket, I don't believe there are any different sockets in Belgium compared to ours.

For the frequency, it says 50-60Hz, so we agree that there is no issue?

I agree that there's no issue, I think it's the maximum tension that the device can handle
and that there is no problem with its operation.
