Problem with my HP Pavilion t250.fr

Hello everyone .. another problem with this cursed PC ..
following a crash of my hard drive .g so I changed my hard drive then I followed the reinstall procedure of my operating system up to there no problem .
once ready to use my PC ... I boot it and in the middle of starting up the PC at the boot menu the PC crashes , in short I reboot again , same thing it crashes . after 5 boot attempts it finally reboots but after half an hour the problem reappears it crashes... agrr. now it’s been a month that I use it like this I reboot it every time it crashes (sometimes I get a blue screen that shows with writing... please check your peripherals ... tatatitatata) so that is what I did: replaced the hard drive, replaced the graphics card, replaced basically everything except the motherboard.. in short what to do I can’t take it anymore , I know HP are pretty sly for this kind of thing ..

I start it and in the middle of booting to the startup menu the PC crashes, long story short I restart it again, same thing it crashes .after 5 startup attempts it restarts finally but after half an hour the problem comes back it crashes... agrr. now it’s been 1 month that I’m using it like this I restart it each time it crashes (sometimes I get a blue screen that shows with writing...please check your peripherals ...tatatitatata) so that’s what I did: replaced the hard drive, replaced the graphics card, basically replaced almost everything except the motherboard.. long story short what to do I can’t take it anymore, I know HP are quite sly for this kind of thing ..
