Unable to send an email to Italy...

Hello,
I'm not registered on this forum but I have a little problem.
I can't send emails to my Italian pen pal (her address ends with @tagshop.it, if that helps). I keep getting an error message [Delivery to the following recipients failed.] I've tried with two different email addresses (hotmail and club-internet) but nothing works. It's a bit annoying since she is supposed to arrive in two weeks... =S
If someone can help me and/or if someone else has a pen pal (in Italy) who can console me that would be nice.

Hello,
If you receive the message "Delivery to the following recipients failed", it means that the email address does not exist, or no longer exists.
You should ask him again (by phone...) for his email address. In my opinion, there must be an error in the email address you are using; a difference of one letter could be the cause.

This error message is from hotmail but with club-internet, I have a complete message that is 15,000 lines long, which is why I didn't quote it...
The only word before the at sign in his email address is his last name, so I don't think there's a mistake...
Thanks anyway, I’ll keep looking (and waiting for other responses that might be more satisfying)- It could be an incorrect email address and your message cannot be delivered, or a correspondent who has put you on their blacklist (in this case, you also receive this error message).
Start by checking the addresses of the correspondents for whom you have the messages.
