Bonjour,

j'ai un gros probleme, quand j'ouvre un page internet, une fenêtre de message d’erreur s’ouvre :
“Your computer is infected by unknown trojan. It’s dangerous for system (critical files can bel ost) !
Click ok to download the antispayware program to clean your system! (Recommended)”

j'ai lu dans des posts qu'il fallait d'abord voir le rapport hijackthis mais je ne sais pas commen faire.

Essaye ça pour commencer:

Télécharge Dr.Web CureIt! ici: ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/cureit.exe

Redémarre ton pc en mode sans échec.

aide pour le mode sans échec
:"http://assiste.com.free.fr/... "

Lance Dr.Web CureIt!, accepte une analyse rapide, et répare/supprime les virus trouvés,
et effectue ensuite une analyse compléte, avec réparation/suppression des virus trouvés.

Redémarre ton pc avec ta session habituelle.

Télécharge HiJackThis ici:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

et copie/colle le rapport/log dans le forum

Supprime avast et télécharge/installe/met a jour Antivir et scanne ton ordinateur avec.

(Ne pas oublier de Désinstaller l'ancien antivirus Avant)

est-ce que je dois garder AntiVir et ne pas réinstaller Avast ?

je suis en train de faire le scan j'en suis déja à 1 heure de scan et 25 virus trouvés !

que faire quand le scan sera terminer ?

Tu doit garder AntiVir et ne pas réinstaller Avast.

Antivir est meilleur

la preuve il te trouve 25 virus, qu'avast n'avais même pas vus.

une derniere question : depuis quelqes temps j'ai un poin d'interrogation ainsi qu'un point d'exclamation devant la ligne controleur de Bus

avant ma cles usb n'etait pas détectée et depuis que jai déinstallé le contrôleur et redémarer ca remarche mais il ya toujours le ? et le !.
