it becomes difficult when there are more than 30 or 40 recipients
what should I do
thank you in advance

Hello everyone,

I am using, on behalf of the association I work for, the software "Worldcast"...completely free. It is very well made. It allows you to set a sender name ("Association Commentcamarche" for example), an address for error emails, a reply address, and of course a sending address (the one people will see)

In the body of the text, you can include traditional text, HTML, images, etc....like in a traditional messaging system. The number of contacts is unlimited. I once sent an email to 15,000 people...

How to insert all these contacts? Very simply, you just need to collect the contacts in an Excel file and save the file as ".csv" (you'll see it’s in the list of formats that Excel offers).
Once the list is prepared, you just need to go to Worldcast and click "Import recipients"...and voila, the list is added. There is also a possibility via the "remove duplicates" command to eliminate duplicates.

Press "send"... and it's done. Well, not so fast, because mass sending takes time with Worldcast. It depends on your internet connection...with a good (not excellent) connection, it takes about 1 hour for 2,000 contacts...

Of course, these contacts do not see that you have sent the email to several people...

That being said, I am very interested if you have other similar (and free) software

thanks!

Are you sure it's not rather your SMTP server that is unlimited? If that's the case, I would be interested to know which one you use? Gmail? La Poste.net?

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

When I send the email to my contact list with this software, it goes to the spam folder. How can I change that?
