Pinnacle Studio 11 activation key search

Hello,
I bought the CD-ROM of "Pinnacle Studio install DVD version 11." I didn't install it right away. I threw away the packaging, since I put all my CD-ROMs in a plastic sleeve and group them together. Today I wanted to install "Pinnacle," and during the installation, it asks me for a series of 5 digits. On the CD-ROM, there is a series of 7 digits (6 times), and if I type them all, I have too many digits. How can I find this series of 5 digits? Who could help me??? How can I obtain them?

    I requested the serial number for the 'pinnacle 11' software from the manufacturer and I received it without any difficulty and everything is working. Thank you all. Marie

    Well!! It's that simple to get a key! Photos of the CDs and the manual should be found online! All that's left is to ask!! lol

      I thought about it, in the user manual, there is no address, no phone number, or email. The license is governed by the laws of the State of California and federal laws of the United States.
      I think I can let it go.

        That's very kind of you, I just sent an email to support and I sent them photos of the 2 CDs + user manual (as proof of purchase). I no longer have the receipt since I bought it several months ago, I hope that won't cause me problems. From what I'm reading: there are a lot of issues with "Pinnacle", I hadn't installed it because I just bought a computer with Vista and I'm very careful about the software I install on it. I've never been able to make the "Micro application" software series work, impossible to get them functioning and because of that I often crashed my old computer. I feel like it's the same with "Pinnacle".
