Arghhhhh! Virus?

Bonjour,

depuis qq jours mon ordi rame sur le net (et sur windows média player aussi j'ai l'impression...). J'ai lu qq topic virus mais j'y connais rien et donc n'y comprend pas grand chose.

J'ai fait un truc avec cclear et ausii un truc avec Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2.

Et voici aussi le resultat du scan de mon anti virus. Il ne détecte pas virus mais il y a un wrning sur un fichier qui n'a pas pu être ouvert. Ca vous dit qqchose?:
