Hello, you should try decompressing it with winrar

Why take up twice as much space when you can simply emulate an ISO with Daemon Tool or Power ISO?
Creating a virtual drive would be the best solution to avoid cluttering the hard drive.

Hello, my problem is that the ISO I want to burn is too large and my CD burner (along with all the others I’ve tried) refuses to accept a single CD, and I don’t know how to emulate it, so there you go.

Just burn it directly onto a DVD then.
Or use Daemon Tools, install it, and once you restart after the installation, you should see the Daemon Tools icon next to the clock at the bottom right. Click on "mount a device" and select your ISO file.
You're all set to watch a movie or install a game.
Good luck.-
Hello
for this, you need to copy the file to your computer and try to unzip it with a tool called (7zip) that you can download for free
good luck
