GPS Lifetec LT 96700

Hello,
I have a Lifetec LT 96700 GPS, but I'm having some issues getting it to work.
The installation CDs are properly inserted, but when I try to start navigation, it says “a GPS receiver has been detected but no suitable GPS signal is available.” or “no GPS detected.” This situation occurs whether I’m on the highway, in the city, or in the countryside; there’s no difference!

I managed to get it to work once (probably just by luck!).

So my question may be silly and it’s likely just a technical issue, but how can I fix it and also update the maps?

Thank you in advance for your responses!
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as you, no signal, have you found a solution?

Thank you in advance.

Do you still have the same problem? Are you still using the original software, that is, Medion Navigator?

Good evening tofe62

Thank you for agreeing to help me, I looked at the forum's navigation software as you suggested, but I really don't know anything about it and it seems quite complicated to me.
Thank you for your help

@Marie62

It's not as complicated as it seems, believe me!
If you want, I can explain it to you step by step. I've already done it with someone who didn't know much about it, and they managed...

Simply, if you want, you can create your login on the forum I told you about and contact me via the "mp" button which means personal message.
My login is tofe62.

I would be happy to help you since you have the same machine as me!

Good luck...

Hello!

I saw your name, so I sent you a private message. Actually, there is no "PM" button (I confused it with another forum).

You just need to click on private message at the top of the screen. (You need to log in with your username and password, of course.)
