I've read so many things on the forums that I don't know what to do! Can someone explain to me SIMPLY how to update the map of France on my Navman F20 GPS? (I'm not talking about speed cameras but about the map itself: street directions, new roundabouts...)

I thank in advance anyone who can help me out without sending me to buy software from Navman.
