Bonjour,
J'ai un gros problème de virus. Avast a détecté Win32: agent-OYI [Trj] et Win32 : adload-LD [Trj]. Des messages comme "Windows has detected spyware infection" avec des gros points d'exclamation s'affichent tout le temps, 2 nouvelles icones apparaissent sur le bureau "uncensored porn et BDSM galleries" alors que je ne vais pas sur des sites pornos. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide.

    bonsoir
    essaye de poster un Hijackthisou essaye carrement SmitFraudFix en tapand 2 puis 5 ca eliminera tout les fraude mais tu perdra pas tes photo et arriere plan faudra les remmetre

    joli , voila comment je pourrais aider un plus perfectionner que moi pour eclairer la situation , je vois deja plusieur anti virus tu utilise avast ou norton , essaye d abord un scan AVG Anti-spyware pour nettoyer trojan et cookies puiselimoner avast avec Utilitaire de désinstallation de Avast ca le retire correctemment puis telechargeAntiVir fait un scan avec il detecte des virus ou autre que les autre ne tienne pas en compte ensuite repare tes erreurs avec Ccleaner lance un nettoyage et puis repost un Hijackthis et si ca va toujhours pas essaye SmitFraudFix ca remettra deja pas mal de truc a ca place et repost un hijackthis ca aidera laes plus pro a y voir plus clair

    En fait après avoir redémarré l'ordinateur, les messages "d'alerte" spyware sont revenus alors j'ai encore besoin de votre aide s'il vous plaît.

      Salut

      Bon faire les choses correctement

      Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
      http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

      Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
      Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
      Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
      Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
      (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

      Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
      (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
      Patiente jusqu'au message :
      *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
      Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
      Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
      Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

    Salut

    J'aurai souhaité une réponse 
    Voila le rapport de smitfraudix après avoir fat les étapes en mode sans échec:
Qui t'a dit de faire en Mode sans échec ???
D'autre part ton log était mal placé il devait être en C:\


    Double cliques sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
    Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
    Fermes toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
    Appuies sur une touche comme demandé.
    (si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
    Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
    Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
    Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
    Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

    PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
    Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
    Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

    Postes le rapport içi.

    Ferme internet explorer puis Démarrer/panneau de configuration/options internet
    - onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés", mais regarde ailleurs :
    electronic-group
    egroup
    Montorgueil
    VIP
    "Sunny Day Design Ltd"
    Tu les supprimes.

      Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.
      http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

      * Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
      * Lorsque l'outil se lance à nouveau, clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
      * Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
      * Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
      * Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
      * Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
      * Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK
      * Démarre ton PC à nouveau.
      * Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt


      Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau:
      http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe

      Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions.
      Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT
      créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse

    Ensuite tu vas faire à la lettre ce qui suit

    Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :
    En premier
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

    Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

    Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

    ► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

    ► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

    Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

    - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

    /!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

    - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

    - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,
    est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

    ► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

    ► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
