JavaScript is currently disabled

Bonjour,
je cherche à entrer sur facebook suite à une invitation mais au moment de "signer"un message apparait: JavaScript is currently disabled on your browser, et on me demande de modifier les paramètres internet, j'ai suivi toute la procédure demandée mais ça ne fonctionne pas, j'ai meme réinstaller java.
voilà exactement le message:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Windows
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
Click the Security tab.

Under Active Scripting, choose Enable.

Firefox/Mozilla Windows
Select Edit from the menu bar and click on Preferences.
Click on plus sign next to Advanced to show Advanced options.
Click on Scripts & Plugins.
Click on the checkbox next to Navigator under Enable JavaScript for.
