Hello,
I would like to know which account in CIEL compta libérale I should use for my optional social charges. For now, I am putting everything in account 25, but now on the 2035 they all appear as mandatory charges!!!
Thank you for your help.

One more little question. This year I would like to enter the mileage expenses into the software. I don't see how to get it to fill in the 2035 directly. Where do I need to go?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Good evening,
You seem to know a lot about Ciel: could you please answer these 3 questions? I can't find the information in the explanation booklet provided with the software:
1/ How do I enter the initial balance (corresponding to the cash deposit for opening the account)?
2/ My liberal installation dates back to October 2007: how can I enter the expenses/income incurred in 2007 since selecting a date prior to 2008 is refused?
3/ Do I have to necessarily close my 2007 account (3 months) knowing that as a micro-BNC, I do not have an AGA and therefore no balance sheet to send?
Thank you in advance .... Fripouillete.

Regardless of the social charges account, you can enter mandatory or optional charges: go to list - items - social charges account 64... - modify and under line 25 of the 2035 there is a box to check: mandatory or optional. The 2035 will fill in normally.
Be careful with the update of your 2035
Good luck.

Good evening,
If you have the Ciel Compta Libérale 2008 version on Windows
The optional personal social charges must be entered into a new expense item that needs to be created
Dropdown menu: Entries
Then Expenses
create
For example Code 25-1
Label (Madelin Pension) for instance
Code 2035: 25 Personal Social Charges
Click on optional option.
Good luck;

Hello,
I would like to ask you a question about Ciel because you seem to have a good grasp of the software: I have the 2008 version for liberal accounting and to enter my mileage expenses in the miscellaneous operations journal in order to deduct them from taxes, I am asked for a contra account; I don’t know which one to use and Ciel automatically assigns the cash account to me, which creates a debit balance in cash even though I do not have a cash account...
Thank you.

In fact, the Cash account can be a fictitious account. It is a cash account which, as its name suggests, is different from the Bank account but whose inflows and outflows will still be part of your 2035 even if this cash is not deposited or withdrawn from your bank account. Once you have entered the mileage expenses which represent an expense (in line 23), you simply need to add a line in receipts with an equivalent amount in Personal Contribution (CPTEXPL_RECET) to bring it back to zero. The CPTEXPL_RECET line is not part of your 2035, but the car expenses line is.
Hello MACAPE
I see that you are knowledgeable about CIEL, so can you answer me too??
I am diving into CIEL COMPTA LIB to help a friend, but my concern is that once I have entered all my operations, the 2035 comes out in TTC when it should be in HT from what I understood. There is an entry I am making incorrectly, but I can't figure out which one. Can you please help me???
