lol it's okay thanks for your help. actually I restarted my computer and now everything is working again
my DVD drive is working and my external hard drive is also working well, and even the autorun function has reappeared but still no logo
if you find a solution for that it would be great but already I think you have done a lot for me
if possible I have another issue to ask you about word. when I write in word, when I make a mistake on a word or even to delete a word I have to use delete I can no longer use the <– key -

just on Word. I tried it with PowerPoint and it works very well.

weird.
I tried to find an option for that in Word, I can't find it. What version of Office are you using?

Sorry, I totally forgot, I’m going to look for it with a friend who is still using it. Otherwise, you can reinstall it.

Hello,
I followed your suggested solution to the letter and my USB key opens normally, but for my hard drive it's still the same thing. I tried to apply the same process to the disk (C: instead of F:), but a message appears saying roughly that the command cannot be applied. -
unfortunately, the same procedure applies to internal drives. if after restarting your PC the problem still persists, then I strongly believe that a registry modification will be necessary.

zboot -
I deleted one or more files autorun.exe and autorun.ini and I no longer know which ones or their location. I lost the advantages of automatic content playback from CDs and flash drives and other functions like automatic burning launch by Nero.
Thank you for helping me solve this problem. -

Hello, I'm sorry to bring this conversation up again, but I have a slight problem:
So I did what you said, I displayed the files and so on... However, when I type the command attrib -a -s -h -r, it says:
Access denied - C:\bootmgr
Unable to modify attribute - C:\pagefile.sys
And when I subsequently type del *.inf:
Cannot find C:\*.inf
Just so you know, I performed these actions on the hidden admin session (which I activated through the registry).
What should I do?
I would also like to mention that I just realized that now when I put in a CD, it no longer says E: application not found but acts as if there isn't one (basically it tells me to insert a CD in the drive and then it opens...) What should I do again?
Thank you in advance! -
1. You go to the disk management of your machine (by right-clicking on Computer and selecting Manage)
2. You change the drive letter of your flash drive, CD, or DVD
3. You close the disk management window
4. Everything is OK
