9-pin USB internal connector

Hello,

I’m repairing a PC for a friend. I’ve changed the motherboard, but I can’t find online a 9-pin internal USB connector splitter (the yellow male connector on the motherboard).
because she has a card reader (SD cards from digital cameras) + 2 front-panel USB ports on the case, which means 2 internal USB female connectors to plug into the same yellow 9-pin male connector.
if anyone knows where to buy this type of splitter?
if possible, a product reference or a Google keyword?
thanks.
on my side, I’ll keep searching.

Need to plug in many internal USB ports but your motherboard doesn’t offer enough headers? Then this internal USB hub is for you!

Stick it anywhere in your case thanks to its adhesive backing and Velcro, connect it to an internal USB header and to a 4-pin Molex power connector and it’s ready to go! You now have 6 USB ports in header form and 2 standard Type-A ports. Ideal for connecting micro SSDs, WiFi modules or your many front-panel ports to your PC.

no, because then its two front ports or its SD card reader (one of the two) will be inactive.
I want to do something good, not a crappy setup.
especially since it already has 6 USB ports at the back.
I just want to split the 9-pin yellow male header into 2 yellow 9-pin female connectors.

unless I am required to integrate a mini USB hub internally ???
her motherboard is new, it's an Asrock that handles the PCI-Express.
thanks for any additional help regarding a product reference for a 9-pin yellow splitter, thanks.

    The time has passed
but well at LDLC there is an internal adapter (called Akasa EXUSBIE-40 - Internal/External USB cable) : http://media.ldlc.com/ld/products/00/00/74/64/LD0000746460_1.jpg

    - 4 male pins ( motherboard header type )
    to ->
    - USB connector to plug into a USB port on the rear panel.

This allows you to connect the card reader without using the motherboard's internal header. For card readers with 9 pins, plan for 2 adapters...
