Hello,

I installed a GN9120 wireless headset at my desk 2 days ago. Yesterday, everything was working fine but today I can't hear the phone ringing in my headset anymore. Not really convenient, you understand! I would like to know how to reactivate this if it's a function. Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

There is a button under the lever box that allows us to pause the headset if we don't want to hear the phone in our ear. When the function is activated, an indicator light flashes.

Hello,

I have the same problem as you, I can't activate the ringtone in the headset.
Have you managed to solve your problem?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Angelo.

Yes, I managed to solve it. There’s a button (not obvious) under the lever box that allows us to pause the headphones if we don’t want to hear the phone in our ear. When the function is activated, a light indicator flashes, and it makes it so you don’t hear the ringtone in the headset. Good luck!

Hello,

I can't understand what you're referring to when you mention "under the lever box".
I can't find the button in question... You're talking about the GN9120, right?

Go check out this image:

That little round button below the plate, that was my problem. But do you have the GN9120 option with the automatic lever?

I'm good, I finally understood; I just need to select a different melody on the phone.
Not all melodies allow the ringtone to be heard in the headset.

Thanks again for trying to help me.

Best regards,

Angelo.
